3 people a24f437a6f fix(pages): preserve content_created_at through re-ingest (takeover of #2754) ...

Rebase of #2754 onto master: the migration collided with master's v124
(page_search_vector_drop_compiled_truth, #2704), so pages_content_created_at
is renumbered to v125 (next free slot). The already-superseded fts-language
'is the latest migration' test hunk is dropped (master removed that
assertion when v124 landed). Conflict resolution in both engines keeps
master's MARKDOWN_CHUNKER_VERSION default for chunker_version.
