Brings in v0.10.1 (sync pipeline, extract, features, autopilot) and v0.10.2
(security wave 3). Conflicts in CLAUDE.md and src/cli.ts resolved by keeping
both sides' additions (Minions jobs + master's extract/features/autopilot
commands).
