Two junk pages had been landing via `gbrain sync`: a Cloudflare "checking your browser" screen ingested as if it were the article, and an 890K-char wall of mostly-boilerplate that got chunked and embedded at full cost. Both had to be hand-deleted. This release adds a content-quality gate at the one place every ingest path flows through, with a deliberately simple rule: hide only the unambiguous crap; for anything fuzzy, keep it usable and warn the agent.

The flag is the important part. A page that's *probably* junk but might be a legit reference table or API doc never disappears. It stays searchable, and when your agent retrieves it, the result carries a `content_flag` ("this looks like boilerplate, examine if you expected real content"). Your agent decides. Books and long prose are unaffected (they're prose, not markup, so the boilerplate check never fires on them).

**What's safe to know about.** Quarantine and flag are frontmatter markers, no schema migration. Quarantined pages stay reviewable via `gbrain get` and re-surface the moment you fix the source and re-sync. The markup heuristic is a flag, never a hide, so a false positive costs your agent a one-line note, not a vanished page.

**What we caught before shipping.** Two independent review passes found bugs the first didn't. A remote agent with write access could have planted a `quarantine` marker on clean content to silently hide a page, or smuggled text into the agent-warning channel; both are now stripped at the trust boundary so only the gate sets those markers. And the gate's timestamp was leaking into the change-detection hash, which would have made every flagged page re-embed on every sync forever; the marker is now excluded from the hash, so a flagged page re-syncs as unchanged.
